CBAS SLIK Automation is a system developed using the Microsoft .NET platform. Its core function is to read the prospective customers’ database and then log in to the SLIK web application by using a scraping concept and performing searches based on criteria defined by the bank.

Sistem CBAS SLIK memiliki 3 module besar yaitu :

SLIK Retrieval

Berfungsi untuk melakukan pencarian data histori kredit nasabah dengan source data dari sistem lain ataupun manual upload, melakukan proses permintaan data IDEB melalui web SLIK secara otomatis menggunakan konsep screen scrapping, melakukan filler captcha otomatis, dan mendownload IDEB file otomatis yang dilengkapi metode Customer Matching secara bulk.

IDEB Converter

Berfungsi untuk mengkonversi IDEB file yang telah didownload, yang kemudian secara bulk akan diextract dan dikonversi ke dalam database. IDEB file yang telah dikonversi akan diexport untuk menghasilkan output file (html/txt/pdf) sesuai dengan format yang ditentukan oleh BJB, untuk kemudian dapat digunakan untuk pengolahan/analisa data strategis selanjutnya.

Web Viewer

Aplikasi berbasis web yang berfungsi untuk menampilkan hasil proses konversi IDEB file dalam bentuk html SLIK ataupun extract data dalam bentuk Summary Kolek, Collateral, Address Matching dan laporan mengenai hasil konversi SLIK file dan log parameter yang terdapat pada web.

Selain 3 modul diatas, CBAS SLIK memiliki fungsi umum antara lain parameterized searching, customized reporting, initial scoring, load balancing, audit trail, dan fitur-fitur lainnya sehingga mampu mendukung pemrosesan kredit. CBAS SLIK juga mampu melakukan integrasi dengan aplikasi LOS maupun internal sistem yang ada di perusahaan anda.

Business Use Cases of CBAS Automation

Incoming Application

It is the process of preparing prospective debtor data to be subjected to SLIK checking, where the data may be sourced from Excel files or via API into the CBAS SLIK system.

Data can be entered into CBAS SLIK in two ways:

Integration with LOS or other systems

Integration can be performed via web service interfaces.

Manual upload

The operator manually uploads an Excel file to the CBAS SLIK application, and the data in the Excel file must follow the predefined format.

CBAS Retrieval

After the data has been imported, the system will log in to the SLIK website, request IDEB data via screen scraping based on the retrieval criteria defined by parameters, and generate IDEB files for the records found.

IDEB Converter

CBAS module that converts successfully downloaded IDEB files into TXT format, and subsequently imports them into the database.

CBAS Web

web-based application used to inquire about the status and view the results of SLIK checking, policy checking, deduplication, and collection summaries. Customized reports, initial scoring results, and converted results can also be viewed through this Web Viewer.

Incoming Application

Merupakan proses persiapan data calon debitur yang akan dilakukan SLIK checking, data tersebut dapat datang dari excel file dan API ke dalam sistem CBAS SLIK.

Input data kedalam CBAS SLIK dapat dengan melalui 2 cara, yaitu:

Integrasi dengan LOS atau sistem lain

Integrasi dapat dilakukan melalui interface web service.

Manual upload

Operator mengupload manual file excel pada aplikasi CBAS SLIK, data dalam file excel mengikuti format yang telah ditetapkan.

CBAS Retrieval

Setelah data masuk, sistem akan masuk kedalam website SLIK, melakukan permintaan IDEB dengan cara screen scrapping sesuai dengan criteria retrieval yang ditetapkan secara parameter hingga menghasilkan IDEB File untuk data yang ditemukan.

IDEB Converter

Adalah modul CBAS yang berfungsi untuk melakukan konversi IDEB yang telah berhasil didownload akan dikonversi kedalam bentuk txt, kemudian dikonversi ke dalam database.

CBAS Web

Adalah aplikasi web based yang digunakan untuk melakukan inquiry status dan melihat result SLIK checking, policy checking, dedup dan summary kolek. Customized report, initial scoring result, dan converted result dapat diview melalui Web Viewer ini.

Source data can be obtained via API or Excel files, which may be uploaded manually or automatically to the CBAS SLIK application, and the application will then deliver output data either through an API or in file format. The system’s design also allows future enhancements and developments to be implemented quickly.

Fast Inquiry with IDEB Results

CBAS SLIK can automatically perform customer data inquiry and retrieval using a screen scraping concept, starting from logging into the SLIK website, automatically inputting the captcha, processing IDEB data requests, then downloading the IDEB and converting it in bulk into the database. It also provides output in the form of APIs or files (HTML/TXT/PDF) for further processing and strategic data analysis.

Advance parameterized searching criteria

Search criteria can be easily configured using parameters.

It is capable of running parallel processes for multiple users while maintaining stable performance.

The system features load balancing to distribute search processes among multiple users who are logged in simultaneously.

It can extract IDEB data, convert it into the database, and generate output in TXT or PDF format.

The system can automatically extract downloaded IDEB data into the database and generate output files in TXT or PDF format.

Provides Reporting

Reports cover incoming, processing, and output data from the CBAS SLIK application, as well as additional reports tailored to BJB’s specific requirements.
