The HalalMax socialization session presented the platform’s key features, system architecture, and end-to-end workflow. In addition, participants joined a live simulation of the system.

The simulation showed how the platform supports the halal certification process. Participants saw how users complete registration, input data, submit documents, and track verification progress.

The session also provided a detailed explanation of the procedural flow and regulatory mechanisms involved in halal certification applications, including product documentation requirements and compliance standards.

Furthermore, the discussion highlighted how this sytem streamlines administrative processes. The platform also improves transparency and strengthens collaboration between LP3H, Halal Product Process Assistants (P3H), and other stakeholders. By digitizing and standardizing workflows, HalalMax reduces bottlenecks. As a result, institutions can maintain data accuracy and accelerate certification timelines.

The session was met with strong enthusiasm and active engagement from participants, reflected in dynamic discussions and constructive feedback. This positive response underscores the shared commitment among LP3H institutions to strengthen the capacity and readiness of Halal Product Process Assistants (P3H) in supporting the nationwide implementation of the Mandatory Halal regulation in October 2026.

HalalMax’s Role in Strengthening Indonesia’s Halal Ecosystem

Through initiatives such as this socialization program, HalalMax aims to contribute to the development of Indonesia’s halal ecosystem. The platform offers a reliable and scalable halal digital platform that supports institutions involved in halal certification. This innovation is also part of the Indonesian Cloud ecosystem, which supports the platform with secure and reliable cloud infrastructure.

Furthermore, HalalMax provides a user-friendly system that simplifies the certification workflow. Therefore, institutions can focus on improving service quality and regulatory compliance.

As Indonesia prepares for the full implementation of the Mandatory Halal regulation, digital platforms like this will play an increasingly important role. By improving efficiency, transparency, and collaboration, HalalMax supports the long-term growth of the national halal industry.

Ultimately, the introduction of HalalMax during the LP3H National Coordination Meeting marks an important milestone in preparing Indonesia for a stronger and more integrated halal certification system.
