Cloud computing for financial services continues to grow rapidly. Therefore, on Monday, January 20, 2020, PT Indonesian Cloud marked an important milestone. The company officially became a technology partner of PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance, part of CIMB Group Malaysia.
Through this collaboration, Indonesian Cloud developed two key systems. First, the Customer Acquiring Management System (FAST). Second, the Financing Origination System (FOS). Both systems support faster and more accurate digital financing processes.
Moreover, this project reflects Indonesian Cloud’s strong focus on the financial services industry (FSI). Since 2019, the company has consistently delivered secure and reliable cloud solutions for financial institutions.
Collaboration Launch Event
The launch event took place on Monday and was attended by employees and board members of CIMB Niaga Auto Finance. During the event, CEO Ristiawan Suherman expressed his appreciation.
He highlighted the commitment of the FAST and FOS project team. Since August, the team had focused on completing all system modules. As a result, the applications were ready to go live on schedule.
In addition, Lani Darmawan, Director of Consumer Banking at Bank CIMB Niaga, also delivered a speech. She directly thanked Noerman Taufik, CEO of Indonesian Cloud, who attended the event in person.
Furthermore, Lani emphasized the importance of continuous support. She expected Indonesian Cloud to maintain high service quality for FAST and FOS across all CIMB Niaga Auto Finance customers.
Indonesian Cloud Project Team and Technology Partner
The project was led by Kemal Alamsyah and Lusilla Maylani as Project Champions. Meanwhile, Angger P. Caesario served as Project Manager, supported by Sabriyanto as Co-Project Manager.
Additionally, the project involved a dedicated support team, including Akhmad Ridwan, Ridho Rantau, Rudi Kurniawan, Dodi Dewayanto, Adib Muchsin, Alwy Kurniawan, Alfons Satyadharma, Gita Barkah, Destya, and Monti.
To ensure system excellence, Indonesian Cloud also partnered with PT Evolusi Teknologi Semesta. This company provided the core platform for the Mobile Acquiring System and Loan Origination System, known as GALAXA.
Continuous Improvement and Future Projects
Currently, the FAST and FOS systems continue to undergo enhancements. The goal is simple. Indonesian Cloud aims to ensure long-term reliability, security, and performance.
At the same time, several other client projects are progressing. Therefore, Indonesian Cloud expects similar successful launches in the near future.
