During the National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) of LP3H held at Mercure Kemayoran, Jakarta, HalalMax was formally introduced to representatives of Halal Process Assistance Institutions (LP3H) from across Indonesia. The event served as a strategic forum to strengthen coordination, align implementation strategies, and enhance institutional readiness ahead of the Mandatory Halal enforcement in October 2026.
The HalalMax socialization session featured a comprehensive presentation of the platform’s key features, system architecture, and end-to-end workflow. Participants were guided through a live simulation demonstrating how the application supports the halal certification process—from initial registration and data input to document submission and verification tracking. The session also provided a detailed explanation of the procedural flow and regulatory mechanisms involved in halal certification applications, including product documentation requirements and compliance standards.
Beyond the technical overview, the discussion emphasized how HalalMax can streamline administrative processes, improve transparency, and enhance collaboration between LP3H, Halal Product Process Assistants (P3H), and relevant stakeholders. By digitizing and standardizing workflows, the platform is designed to reduce bottlenecks, ensure data accuracy, and accelerate certification timelines.
The session was met with strong enthusiasm and active engagement from participants, reflected in dynamic discussions and constructive feedback. This positive response underscores the shared commitment among LP3H institutions to strengthen the capacity and readiness of Halal Product Process Assistants (P3H) in supporting the nationwide implementation of the Mandatory Halal regulation in October 2026.
Through initiatives such as this, HalalMax aims to play a pivotal role in supporting Indonesia’s halal ecosystem by providing a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly digital solution for the halal certification process.
