Sistem CBAS SLIK memiliki 3 module besar yaitu :

1. SLIK Retrieval
Berfungsi untuk melakukan pencarian data histori kredit nasabah dengan source data dari sistem lain ataupun manual upload, melakukan proses permintaan data IDEB melalui web SLIK secara otomatis menggunakan konsep screen scrapping, melakukan filler captcha otomatis, dan mendownload IDEB file otomatis yang dilengkapi metode Customer Matching secara bulk.

2. IDEB Converter
Berfungsi untuk mengkonversi IDEB file yang telah didownload, yang kemudian secara bulk akan diextract dan dikonversi ke dalam database. IDEB file yang telah dikonversi akan diexport untuk menghasilkan output file (html/txt/pdf) sesuai dengan format yang ditentukan oleh BJB, untuk kemudian dapat digunakan untuk pengolahan/analisa data strategis selanjutnya.

3. Web Viewer
Aplikasi berbasis web yang berfungsi untuk menampilkan hasil proses konversi IDEB file dalam bentuk html SLIK ataupun extract data dalam bentuk Summary Kolek, Collateral, Address Matching dan laporan mengenai hasil konversi SLIK file dan log parameter yang terdapat pada web.

Selain 3 modul diatas, CBAS SLIK memiliki fungsi umum antara lain parameterized searching, customized reporting, initial scoring, load balancing, audit trail, dan fitur-fitur lainnya sehingga mampu mendukung pemrosesan kredit. Incoming Application

It is the process of preparing prospective debtor data to be subjected to SLIK checking, where the data may be sourced from Excel files or via API into the CBAS SLIK system.

Data can be entered into CBAS SLIK in two ways:

  1. Integration with LOS or other systems

Integration can be performed via web service interfaces.

  1. Manual upload

The operator manually uploads an Excel file to the CBAS SLIK application, and the data in the Excel file must follow the predefined format.

After the data has been imported, the system will log in to the SLIK website, request IDEB data via screen scraping based on the retrieval criteria defined by parameters, and generate IDEB files for the records found.

IDEB Converter

CBAS module that converts successfully downloaded IDEB files into TXT format, and subsequently imports them into the database.

web-based application used to inquire about the status and view the results of SLIK checking, policy checking, deduplication, and collection summaries. Customized reports, initial scoring results, and converted results can also be viewed through this Web Viewer.
