First, they gathered in the main meeting room.

Then, Mr. Yudhi Haryadi, Director of Operations at IndonesianCloud, delivered a welcome session.
He explained the company profile and business direction.

As a result, students gained a clear overview of IndonesianCloud’s role in the cloud industry.

Network Operations Center (NOC) Tour

After the introduction, students joined an office tour. They visited the Network Operations Center (NOC), the heart of cloud monitoring.

During this session, Ms. Devia, Head of Cloud Engineering, guided the students. She explained how teams monitor systems and ensure service reliability.

Therefore, students could see cloud operations in real time.

Understanding Cloud Business at IndonesianCloud

Following the tour, Ms. Devia continued with a deeper explanation of cloud business operations.
In particular, she discussed how IndonesianCloud designs, manages, and delivers cloud services.

Next, students joined an interactive discussion session.
